Laddie Denton—President
President and co-founder of Bitterblue, Inc., San Antonio’s largest full-service real estate development and marketing company.

President, Denton Communities, central Texas’ largest and most successful
residential lot “wholesaler.” The company developed and sold over 9,000 acres,
and over 32,000 lots.

Currently supervising the development of 17 residential development projects in
San Antonio, including Lincoln Heights, Rogers Ranch, Bentley Manor, Shavano Park, Willow Wood, Menger Springs and Kinder Ranch.

Lloyd and Bernice Denton formed Denton Development Company in the late 1940s. Bitterblue is now the umbrella company for Denton Communities and The Powell Companies, which provide commercial sales, services and development. Denton Communities has been in the real estate development business for over 60 years, which is longer than any other development company established in
San Antonio.
